Oct. 27 Larceny of a firearm was reported at 12 p.m. at Branch Outdoors on U.S. 421. A Hi Point Firearms .45 ACP was reported stolen. Larceny was reported at 12:20 p.m. on the 600 block of West King Street. Jewelry, credit cards, identification and cash were reported stolen. An incident of communicating threats was reported at 12:22 p.m. on the 400 block of High School Drive. Arrest: Steven Troy Hicks, 18, of 176 Monteagle Drive, Boone, was arrested at 2 p.m. on a charge of larceny of a firearm. Oct. 28 Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 7:53 a.m. at Specialty Welding on Boone Creek Drive. Larceny was reported at 6:27 p.m. on the 300 block of Oak Street. A blue personalized sign was reported stolen. Arrests: Timothy Lee Johnson Jr., 20, of 108 Devane Street, Fayetteville, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on a charge of failure to burn headlights and a provisional license violation. Heather Nicelle Nelson, 16, of 101 Isaacs Drive, Vilas, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on a charge of simple physical assault. Oct. 29 Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 2:43 p.m. on the 100 block of Stoneybrook Court. An incident of communicating threats was reported at 4:18 p.m. on the 400 block of West King Street. A simple physical assault was reported at 4:24 p.m. at the intersection of Blowing Rock Road and N.C. 105. Arrests: Jonathan David Buchanan, 16, of 455 Scenic Drive, Vilas, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on a charge of simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Jordan Victoria Parrish, 18, of 204 Meadowhill Drive, Apt. 402, Boone, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on a charge of larceny by shoplifting. Thomas Patrick Wood, 38, of 111 Excelsior Drive, Connelly Springs, was arrested at 5 p.m. on a charge of simple physical assault. Oct. 30 A simple physical assault was reported at 12:35 a.m. on the 700 block of Howard Street. An aggravated assault by pointing a gun was reported at 10:08 a.m. on the 100 block of Marich Lane. An incident of communicating threats was reported at 2:35 p.m. in a parking lot on the 700 block of Howard Street. Arrests: Zachary Thomas Cone, 21, of 5703 Monticello Drive, Concord, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on a charge of simple assault. Michael Andrew Miller, 34, of 1040 Hefner Drive NW, Conover, was arrested at 7:32 a.m. on charges of driving while impaired and careless and reckless driving. Oct. 31 Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 2:30 a.m. on the 300 block of Meadowview Drive. Larceny was reported at 2:32 p.m. at the intersection of Depot and West King streets. Metal, lighted, snowflake decorations and lighted arches were reported stolen. Criminal damage to property by vandalism and larceny were reported at 10:40 p.m. at LMS Towing on the 300 block of Oak Street. A wheel lock was reported stolen. Nov. 1 A simple physical assault was reported at 12:15 a.m. at Genos on N.C. 105. Larceny was reported at 12:27 a.m. at Phil's Citgo on Hardin Street. Three packs of cigarettes and two 12-packs of beer were reported stolen. Criminal damage to property by vandalism, simple physical assault and possession of a schedule I controlled substance were reported at 1:39 a.m. on the 100 block of Park Street. An assault on a female was reported at 1:35 a.m. on the 100 block of Assembly Drive. Damage to property was reported at 9:11 a.m. in a parking lot on the 200 block of Watauga Village Drive. Arrests: Christopher James Drye, 39, of 215 Brookstone Way, Salisbury, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. on a charge of assault on a female. David Theisen Blubaugh, 27, of 557 5th St. NW, Hickory, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on charges of driving while impaired and failure to comply with license restrictions. Roy Delbert McSwain III, 20, of 190 Wood Circle, Apt. 43, Cherryville, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on a charge of resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer. Andres Philipe Ibarra, 20, of 119 Kensington St., Mooresville, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. on a charge of breaking and entering.
