Boone Police reports

Oct. 23
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person at 1:21 a.m. on the 300 block of West King Street.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 8:35 a.m. at A & S Trade and Loan on West King Street.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 10:50 a.m. in a parking lot on the 100 block of Oak Street.
A drug violation was reported at 12:06 p.m. on the 400 block of High School Drive.
A simple physical assault was reported at 9:26 p.m. in the parking lot of Bill's Garage on West King Street.

Oct. 24
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 1:58 a.m. at Black Cat Burrito on South Depot Street.
Burglary with non-forced entry and criminal damage to property by vandalism were reported at 3:01 a.m. on the 200 block of Marich Lane.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 11:55 a.m. on the 500 block of Meadowview Drive.
Fraud via an automated teller machine was reported at 7:54 p.m. on the 300 block of Chestnut Drive.
Breaking and entering and a simple physical assault were reported at 8:42 p.m. at the Fairview Apartment Complex on Blowing Rock Road.
Injury to personal property and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported at 9:44 p.m. at New Market Centre. A wallet containing financial cards and identification and an iPod were reported stolen.
Injury to personal property, simple physical assault and injury to real property were reported at 10:27 p.m. at Murphy's Pub and Restaurant.
Officers reported a person in possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana at 11:06 p.m. on the 100 block of PSI Drive.
Arrests: Jeffrey Wayne Coffey, 49, of 139 Woodberry Trail, Mocksville, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on a charge of trespassing.
Jimmy Lee Hilliard Jr., 36, of 3660 Big Flats Church Road, Fleetwood, was arrested at 11 p.m. on charges of assault and battery, injury to personal property and injury to real property.

Oct. 25
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person at 12:12 a.m. the intersection of Howard and Depot streets.
Larceny was reported at 4:57 a.m. on the 100 block of Water Street. A turkey roaster and various food items were reported stolen.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at the Best Western on East King Street.
Breaking and entering was reported at 9:52 p.m. at two apartments on the 200 block of Ambling Way.
Arrests: Morgan Andrew Chandler, 19, of 129 Cranberry Trail, Zionville, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on charges of failure to stop at a stoplight and a provisional license violation.
Christopher Michael Dill, 28, of 750 Old Mill Road, Campobello, S.C., was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on charges of a headlight violation and driving while impaired.
Stephen Grant Raker, 23, of 217 Highland Ave., Boone, was arrested at 3 a.m. on charges of driving while impaired and hit and run.
Sean Steven Stanford, 23, of 293 Madison Ave., Apt. 302, Boone, was arrested at 5:30 a.m. on a charge of larceny.

Oct. 26
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 3:26 p.m. on the 1100 block of Blowing Rock Road.
Officers responded to an attempted overdose at 10:55 p.m. on the 1000 block of N.C. 105.
Arrest: Martin C. Wentworth, 22, of 3352 Flat Springs Road, Elk Park, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property by vandalism.
