Oct. 18
Criminal damage to property by vandalism and larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 8:25 p.m. on the 1600 block of Blowing Rock Road. Make-up was reported stolen. Criminal damage to property by vandalism and larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 8:46 p.m. on the 200 block of Shadowline Drive. A CD case with assorted CDs was reported stolen. Arrests: Austin Morrow, 24, of 296 Keith St., Fleetwood, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on charges of larceny by shoplifting, larceny from a motor vehicle and breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. He was also served with warrants at 11:30 p.m. on charges of criminal damage to property by vandalism, larceny from a motor vehicle and breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Anthony Anderson, 28, of 120-C Candle St., Jefferson, was arrested on charges of larceny and breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. He was also served with warrants at 11:30 p.m. on charges of criminal damage to property by vandalism, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, and larceny from a motor vehicle. Derek Anderson, 27, of 503 Greenbrier St., Apt. 3, West Jefferson, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on charges of criminal damage to property by vandalism, larceny from a motor vehicle and breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Oct. 19 A person reported a lost purse at 5:35 a.m. on Boone Heights Drive. Oct. 20 Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 3:25 p.m. in the rear Boone Mall parking lot. Oct. 21 An incident involving larceny and credit card fraud was reported at 1:12 p.m. on the 900 block of Rivers Street. A cell phone was reported stolen. Counterfeiting was reported at 5:11 p.m. at Phil's Citgo on Hardin Street. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person at 8:40 p.m. at New Market Centre. Arrest: Zach Holland, 21, of 535 Bamboo Road, Boone, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on charges of improper brake lights and driving while impaired. Oct. 22 Counterfeiting was reported at 4:33 p.m. on the 800 block of East King Street. A motor vehicle theft was reported at 5:58 p.m. at New Market Centre. A Suzuki GXR was reported stolen. Arrests: Brian Severt, 33, of 795 Pads Road, Wilkesboro, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. on a charge of driving while license revoked. Gary Taylor, 46, of 318 Oak Road, Bristol, Tenn., was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on a charge of trespassing. Oct. 23 Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person at 1:21 a.m. on the 300 block of West King Street.
