Sept. 2 Criminal damage to property by graffiti was reported at 7:53 p.m. at SC&S Furniture on Howard Street. Larceny was reported at 7:54 a.m. on the 100 block of Robin Lane. A check book was reported stolen. Larceny was reported at 12:35 p.m. at Grindstaff Fence Company on Blowing Rock Road. A concrete saw was reported stolen. Larceny was reported at 4:17 p.m. on the 600 block of West King Street. Handmade beads were reported stolen. A financial transaction card fraud was reported at 4:11 p.m. at Sew & So on N.C. 105. Larceny of motor fuel was reported at Zippi's Exxon on U.S. 105. Arrests: Chandler K. Hilley, 19, of 280 Fox Meadow Road, Banner Elk, was arrested at 5:38 a.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle for purposes relating to a controlled substance, and possession with intent to sell and/or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance. Michael D. Williams, 29, of 5550 Howards Creek Road, Boone, was arrested at 5:38 a.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Jeffery A. Baker, 28, of 455 West King St., Apt. 5, Boone, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole/probation violation. Michael R. Townsend, 53, no address listed, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on a charge of trespassing. Sept. 3 An aggravated assault was reported at 1:59 a.m. on the 700 block of West King Street. Sept. 11 Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 1:55 a.m. on the 400 block of West King Street. A Texas Instruments calculator was reported stolen. Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 2:38 a.m. on the 200 block of Oak Street. Larceny and criminal damage to property were reported at 10:37 a.m. on the 400 block of High School Drive. A Watauga High School sports booster pass and cash were reported stolen. Arrests: James W. Bear Jr., 27, of 1303 U.S. 15 501, Chapel Hill, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on charges of larceny and breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Jessica D. Oldham, 21, of 201 Westover Drive, Elon, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. Steven D. Harris, 24, of 144 SW Ratledge Ave., Concord, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. Sept 12 Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person at 4:26 a.m. on the 200 block of Oak Street. Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 5:46 p.m. on the 200 block of Ambling Way. Arrests: Adam R. Jackson, 19, of 257 Kenway Loop, Mooresville, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on charges of driving while impaired and driving after consuming alcohol while underage. Ian M. Fake, 24, of 646 Robmount Road, Charlotte, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on charges of careless and reckless driving and driving while impaired. Sept. 13 Larceny was reported at 2:03 a.m. on the 700 block of West King Street. Prescription medication, two cell phones, jewelry and a purse were reported stolen. Larceny was reported at 12:37 p.m. on the 200 block of Shadowline Drive. A cell phone was reported stolen. Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 6:11 p.m. on the 1800 block of U.S. 421. Two larcenies from a motor vehicle were reported at 7:39 p.m. on the 200 block of Watauga Village Drive. A glucose meter and a credit/debit card was reported stolen. An assault with a deadly weapon, aiding and abetting a criminal act, communicating threats and two larcenies from motor vehicles were reported at 10:16 p.m. on the 200 block of Watauga Village Drive. Arrests: Brittney A. Davis, 20, of 1534 N.C. 194 North, Boone, was arrested at 3 a.m. on charges of a driving after consuming while underage, no operators license, driving while impaired and speeding, 48 mph in a 35 mph zone. Nicholas E. Allison, 18, of 145 Springside Road, Asheville, was arrested at 3 a.m. on charges of driving after consuming alcohol while underage, driving while impaired and speeding, 55 mph in a 35 mph zone. Jessica D. Hicks, 18, of 1672 Poplar Grove Road South, Boone, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on a charge of felony aiding and abetting. Michael A. Hayes, 21, of 139 Fairview Drive, Boone, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on charges of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, assault and battery, and larceny. Dustin A. Miller, 21, of 10267 U.S. 421 North, Vilas, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on charges of felony breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, assault and battery, communicating threats, assault with a deadly weapon, and larceny. Sept. 18 An aggravated assault was reported at 12:38 a.m. in a parking lot on the 1700 block of N.C. 105. Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 2:17 a.m. on the 200 block of West King Street. Fraud via credit card or automated teller machine, and forgery were reported at 1:27 p.m. on the 200 block of Ambling Way. Larceny was reported at 2:49 p.m. at Pizza Hut on Shadowline Drive. Checks and cash were reported stolen. Lorenza Donnell II, 31, of 4725 Rudd Road, Greensboro, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on a charge of aggravated assault. Megan A. Hanchette, 20, of 4100 Converse Drive, Raleigh, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on charges of failing to stop at a stop sign, driving while impaired and driving after consuming alcohol while underage. Sept. 19 Officers responded to a reported of an intoxicated person at 2:06 a.m. on the 300 block of West King Street. An assault on a female was reported at 4:35 a.m. on the 100 block of Marich Lane. Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 8:54 a.m. at Bill's Garage on West King Street. Larceny was reported at 1:13 p.m. on the 100 block of N.C. 105 Extension. A cell phone was reported stolen. Larceny was reported at 1:30 p.m. at the Wilco Hess on the 1200 block of Blowing Rock Road. Gasoline was reported stolen. Sept. 20 The unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at 2:23 a.m. on the 700 block of Blowing Rock Road. Arrests: Timothy J. Yeomans, 21, of 319 Old Bristol Road, Apt. 201, Boone, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on a charge of driving while impaired. Leo O. Singer, 47, of 2144 Blowing Rock Road, Apt. 5, Boone, was arrested at 8 p.m. on a charge of assault on a female.
