Nov. 5
Burglary with non-forced entry was reported at 10:40 a.m. at the Dragonfly Theater and Pub on Boone Heights Drive.
Arrest: Willis Paul Hicks, 66, of 302 W. King Street, Boone, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on charges of trespassing and larceny by shoplifting.

Nov. 6
Larceny was reported at 8:45 a.m. on the 200 block of Watauga Village Drive. A cell phone was reported stolen.
Fraud via credit card was reported at 10:07 a.m. at Greene's Motel on Blowing Rock Road.
An incident of communicating threats was reported at 11:25 a.m. on the 300 block of West King Street.
Larceny and a verbal domestic dispute were reported at 3:49 p.m. on the 500 block of Stadium Drive. A debit card was reported stolen.
Arrests: Randy Dean Cribb, 53, of 302 West King St., Boone, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. on a charge of drunk and disruptive behavior.
John Charles Altschul, 19, of 7613 Corey Chase Drive, Charlotte, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property by vandalism, and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer.
Austin John Roberts, 19, of 3126 Ferncliff Road, Charlotte, was arrested at 11:27 p.m. on charges of resisting arrest and possession of an alcoholic beverage while underage.

Nov. 7
Larceny was reported at 2:26 a.m. at the Sleep Inn on the N.C. 105 Extension. Cash was reported stolen.
Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 9:12 a.m. on the 100 block of Chestnut Drive. Two pair of sunglasses, cassette tapes and a wallet were reported stolen.
Larceny and a simple physical assault were reported at 2:51 p.m. on the 400 block of Meadowview Drive. A wallet, identification cards, debit cards and cash were reported stolen.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 3:14 p.m. at LMS Towing on West King Street.
Sean Mark Stamper, 24, of 395 Phoenix Drive, Lansing, was arrested at 8:36 a.m. on a charge of driving while license revoked.

Nov. 8
Larceny was reported at 2:41 a.m. on the 1700 block of N.C. 105. A debit card, identification card and three cell phones were reported stolen.
An incident of communicating threats, harassing phone calls, simple physical assault and trespassing were reported at 5:57 a.m. on the 300 block of Yosef Drive.
Criminal damage to property by graffiti was reported at 10:24 a.m. on the 100 block of Grand Boulevard, 500 block of West King Street, 300 block of West King Street and in the alley behind the Boone Fire Department.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 3 p.m. at the Bubbles Car Wash on N.C. 105.
