Bloodmobile
On Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 1:30 to 6 p.m., the Red Cross bloodmobile will be at the Holiday Inn Express, located at 1855 Blowing Rock Road, Boone. The event is by appointment and open to the public. Safe Babysitting Class
The Watauga County Chapter of the American Red Cross will be offering a Safe Babysitting Class. The class will run Nov. 3 and Nov. 5 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Course fee is $30, and students must preregister and prepay. Call Lynn at 264-8226 to register or for more information. Participants should bring a snack and drink.
