Larceny was reported at 10:25 a.m. on the 200 block of New Market Centre. A wallet containing identification cards and cash was reported stolen.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 10:57 a.m. in a parking lot on the 100 block of Hardin Street.
Larceny was reported at 2:43 p.m. on the 700 block of West King Street. A passport, text book, sunglasses and prescription glasses were reported stolen.
Larceny was reported at 6:40 p.m. at the Wilco Hess on the 1200 block of Blowing Rock Road.
Burglary with non-forced entry was reported at 2:31 p.m. on the 200 block of Edge Cliff Road.
Arrests: Leonard D. Holman Jr., 52, of 270 Slabtown Road, Zionville, was arrested at 8:41 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting.
Dale P. Yeoman, 20, of 110 Winter Drive, Boone, was arrested at 8:41 p.m. on a charge of aiding and abetting shoplifting.
Matthew T. Worley, 21, of 110 Winter Drive, Boone, was arrested at 8:41 p.m. on a charge of aiding and abetting shoplifting.
Heather L. Payne, 20, of 1794 Poplar Gove Road, Boone, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on a charge of resisting, obstructing or delaying arrest.

Sept. 25
Arrests: Peter C. Anderson, 19, of 1603 Meadow Lane, Chapel Hill, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on charges of a liquor law violation and a court violation.
Erik S. Barlowe, 21, of 300 Meadowview Drive, Apt. 6, Boone, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on charges of a drug violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Moises C. Morales, 21, of 238 Love Road, North Wilkesboro, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on a charge of driving while impaired.

Sept. 26
A simple physical assault was reported at 8:18 p.m. on the 200 block of Green Street.
Arrests: James D. Via, 45, of 2307 Madison Ave., Greensboro, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on charges of driving left of center, driving while impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than one half ounce of a schedule VI controlled substance.
Vance M. Worsley, 40, of 13993 Flat Top Road, Blowing Rock, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and displaying alcohol at an athletic event.
Michael A. Facchin, 50, of 576 Old East King, Apt. 101, Boone, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on a charge of intoxicated and disruptive behavior.

Sept. 27
An incident involving assault on a female, breaking and entering, criminal damage to property and injury to personal property was reported at 10:46 p.m. on the 100 block of Rogers Drive.
Brittany L. Love, 20, of 8926 Scottsboro Drive, Huntersville, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. on a charge of driving while impaired and a provisional licensee violation.

Sept. 28
A motor vehicle theft was reported at 1:48 p.m. from a parking lot on the 200 block of N.C. 105 Extension. A Ford Explorer was reported stolen.
Criminal damage to property was reported at 5:07 p.m. on the 200 block of Hardin Street.
Arrests: James F. Cooke, 52, of 2240 Blowing Rock Road, Villa Motor Lodge, unit 18, Boone, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. on charges of driving while license revoked and possession of marijuana up to one half ounce.
Lanelle H. Moore, 48, of 2240 Blowing Rock Road, Villa Motor Lodge, unit 18, Boone, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. on a charge of aiding and abetting driving while license revoked.
Joes Esteban Rivera-Alvarez, 16, of 434 Bluebird Lane, Boone, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on charges of no operator's license and providing fictitious information to an officer.
Casie R. Knighten, 35, of 192 David McLean Road, Boone, was arrested at 11 p.m. on a charge of driving while license revoked.
Dennis L. Canter, 56, of 9468 U.S. 421 North, Zionville, was arrested at 11:42 p.m. on charges of failure to burn headlights and driving while impaired.
