Larceny was reported at 11:52 a.m. on the 700 block of Howard Street. Camera film was reported stolen.

Larceny was reported at 3:52 p.m. on the sidewalk of New Market Centre. A purse with debit/credit cards and cash was reported stolen.

Lost property was reported at 4:05 p.m. on the 1300 block of N.C. 105. A gold money clip bearing the initials NRF was reported lost.

Larceny was reported at 4:53 p.m. at Watauga Opportunities on Kellwood Drive. Five video games and change was reported stolen.

A simple physical assault was reported at 9:17 p.m. at the intersection of N.C. 105 and Poplar Hill Road.

Arrest: James Horace McCall IV, 35, of 420 Crest Hill, Banner Elk, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, possession of marijuana and driving while impaired.

Larceny of a license plate was reported at 12:30 a.m. on the 200 block of Eric Lane.

Arrest: Brianna Jolie Needle, 23, of 109 Symphony Court, Cary, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. on charges of driving left of center and driving while impaired.
