Criminal damage to property by graffiti was reported at 10:51 a.m. at Miller Industries on West King Street. Larceny of auto parts was reported at 2:36 p.m. on the 300 block of Yosef Drive. Fog lights and a vehicle grill were reported stolen. Larceny was reported at 4:55 p.m. at the Mountaineer VFW Post 7031. Checks were reported stolen. Arrests: Veronica Guy, 24, of 200 Rainbow Trail, Apt. 19, Boone, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on charges of two counts of sale/delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to sell/deliver a controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for purposes related to a controlled substance. James Cattlett, 18, of 370 Vannoy Lane, Boone, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Nov. 10 Larceny and fraud involving a credit card were reported at 7:32 p.m. on the 2000 block of Blowing Rock Road. A debit card was reported stolen. Arrest: Brandon Scerri, 23, of 148 Faculty St., Apt. 3, Boone, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell and the sale/delivery of a controlled substance. Nov. 11 The breaking and entering of a motor vehicle was reported at 8:33 a.m. on the 100 block of Sports Club Lane. Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 8:55 a.m. on the 100 block of Kellwood Drive. Cash was reported stolen. Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 10:09 a.m. on the 1100 block of Fairway Drive. Cash, loose change, was reported stolen. Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle was reported at 10:34 a.m. on the 100 block of Summer Place Drive. Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 1:20 p.m. on the 100 block of Kellwood Drive. Cash, loose change was reported stolen. A simple physical assault was reported at 5:30 p.m. on the 200 block of Watauga Drive. Criminal damage to property by graffiti was reported at 11:58 p.m. on the 100 block of Howard Street. Arrest: Russell Smith, 24, of 314 Meadowview Drive, Apt. 414, Boone, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on a charge of filing a false police report. Nov. 12 Arrest: William Boggs, 27, of 280 Bodenheimer Drive, Boone, was arrested at 3:33 a.m. on a charge of driving without a license. Nov. 13 Larceny of auto parts and accessories was reported at 8:06 a.m. on the 600 block of N.C. 105 Extension. Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 8:19 a.m. at Jimmy Johns on West King Street. Larceny of auto parts and accessories was reported at 2:40 p.m. on the 200 block of East King Street. The uttering (use) of a forged instrument was reported at 3:43 p.m. at BB&T bank on Blowing Rock Road. Larceny was reported at 4:25 p.m. at Makoto's on Blowing Rock Road. Larceny of auto parts and accessories was reported at 9:33 p.m. on the 1200 block of Blowing Rock Road. An incident of criminal damage to property and road rage was reported at 10:09 p.m. on the 2000 block of Blowing Rock Road. Arrest: Nick Lainas, 35, of 205 Wilcox Drive, Boone, was arrested at 4 a.m. on charges of injury to personal property, and hit and run, failure to stop with property damage. Nov. 14 Fraud via credit card was reported at 12:14 a.m. on the 500 block of N.C. 105 Extension. Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 1:50 p.m. on the 100 block of Calebs Crossing Road. Officers responded to a report of a person driving while impaired at 3:27 p.m. at the entrance of the Boone Mall off Blowing Rock Road. Larceny was reported at 5:30 p.m. on the 200 block of New Market Centre. Arrests: Robert Miller, 53, of 1770 Union Grove Road, Lenoir, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on a charge of larceny. Larry Summerow, 40, of 2689 Tuthill Drive, Lenoir, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on charges of larceny and possession of stolen property. Nov. 15 Larceny of a wallet was reported at 2:29 a.m. on the 100 block of Howard Street. Simple assault/sexual battery was reported at 1:49 p.m. on the 200 block of Bruce Shelton Boulevard.
