Watauga’s volleyball team will play A.C. Reynolds in the second round of the state 4-A volleyball tournament Tuesday. The game begins at 6 p.m.

Watauga (16-11), after winning the Northwestern Conference’s top 4-A state berth, beat North Mecklenburg 3-0 Saturday. The Pioneers claimed a 25-29, 25-29, 25-13. Watauga got 15 kills from Channing Hagaman and 10 from Rebecca Hayes.

A.C. Reynolds goes into the match with a 15-7 overall record. They beat Charlotte Olympic 3-0 Saturday.
