T.C. Roberson takes playoff win over Watauga

Watauga's soccer team saw its run in the state 4-A boys' soccer playoffs end Saturday night when T.C. Roberson took a 1-0 victory at Jack Groce Stadium.
The Rams (23-2) scored five minutes into the second half to claim the lead. Watauga had several chances to tie the game, but could not get a shot to land in the back of the Roberson net.
Watauga's season ends at 18-4-3. Watauga picked up victories over Mallard Creek, A.C. Reynolds and Hough to reach the state quarterfinals.
