Monique Latrobe, 83, of Boone, and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., passed away on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at Frye Regional Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 8, 1928, in Belgium and was the wife of John Latrobe.
