Mrs. Lessie Gay Greene Johnson, 95, of Farmington Hills, MI, and a former resident of Watauga County, passed on to Heaven, Sunday, March 11, 2012.

She is survived by one son, Kenneth Johnson of Livonia, Michigan; one daughter Diane Johnson of Glade Spring, VA.

A Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Lessie Gay Greene Johnson will be conducted at 7 p.m Thursday, May 17, 2012, at Austin & Barnes Funeral Home.
