Lacey Dannette Campbell

Lacey Dannette Campbell, 34, of 282 Wallace Lane, Banner Elk, died Saturday, April 13, 2013, at her home.

Lacey was born July 6, 1978, in Watauga County, a daughter of Mitchell and Debra Rominger Campbell. She was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, Lacey is survived by one daughter, Shaelee Sue Campbell of the home; one sister, Amy Campbell Spicola and husband, Joey, of Banner Elk, and two nieces, Ashton Spicola and Josephine Spicola, both of Banner Elk. She is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services for Lacey Dannette Campbell were conducted 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. The body lay in state at the chapel from 2 to 3 p.m. The services were officiated by the Rev. Mike McElhaney and the Rev. Charles McKinney. Graveside services and burial will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday at Matney-Liberty Cemetery.

The family received friends 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Matney-Liberty Cemetery Fund, in care of Vanessa Rupard, 1078 Upper Crab Orchard Road, Banner Elk, NC 28604.
