Dennis Marvin Moss, 60, resident of Grover, died July 15, 2012. He was born in Cleveland county to the late William Lawrence and Gladys Bowen Moss. He was also preceded in death his wife, Constance Dawn Stone Moss.

Moss was a member of First Baptist Church, Grover. He was a loving and caring father who loved to make his family laugh and enjoyed fishing.

Surviving are his sons, Preston Nathaniel Moss, Grover, William Seth Moss and wife, Natalie, Union City, Pa.; two daughters, Victoria Moss, Grover, Courtney Cutillo Boccardy and husband, Vincent, Boone; three brothers, Jerry Bowen, Grover; Quay Moss, Kings Mtn., Wray Moss, Greenwood, S.C.; two sisters: Rebecca Tate, Shelby, and Kathy Britt, Lincolnton; five grandchildren; Isabella Cutillo, Nickolas Cutillo, Teo Boccardy, Henry Moss, and Landon Moss.

Memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Friday, July 20,2012, First Baptist Church, Grover, officiating will be the Rev. John Barnhardt.

Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2012, prior to the service in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church, Grover.

Memorials may be made to Victoria and Preston Moss Donation Fund at any Wells Fargo Bank.
