Clara Gragg Fox

Mrs. Clara Pinkney Gragg Fox, 92, of North Wilkesboro died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Wilkes Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, in Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with the Rev. Byron Greene and the Rev. Michael Gragg officiating. Burial will be in Mountlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home prior to the service.
Mrs. Fox was born, April 11, 1920, in Caldwell County to Paul and Exie Tolbert Gragg. Before retiring, she was owner/operator of Carolina Rest Home. Mrs. Fox was a member of Wilkesboro Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hayden Fox, Sr.
She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Fox Upright and husband, Herman, of Mooresville, Rebecca Fox Wall and husband, Danny, of Durham; one son, Charles Hayden Fox, Jr. and wife, Barbara, of Flowery Branch, Ga.; five grandchildren, Angela Fox, Kim Griffin, David Upright, Neal Upright, Chris Upright; six great-grandchildren, Savannah Howard, Madison Howard, Georgia Howard, Lance Upright, Zachary Upright, Tatton Oliver; one sister, Martha Gragg Norris of Boone; two brothers, Cabell Gragg of Boone and Thomas Gragg of Lake Wylie, S.C.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Wilkesboro Baptist Church, P O Box 61, Wilkesboro, NC 28697.
