Zionville man charged with break-ins while on probation
Jason Lynn Brown, 30, was charged Thursday with two counts of felony breaking and entering a vehicle, three counts of misdemeanor larceny, two counts of felony financial card theft and three counts of misdemeanor financial card fraud, police said Tuesday.
Boone Police believe Brown broke into two vehicles at the Harris Teeter parking lot off Shadowline Drive and stole several items, including credit cards. Those cards were then used to make purchases at Little Caesar's and Walmart, police said.
Investigators were able to use GPS records and video surveillance to identify Brown as the suspect.
He was issued a $3,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21.
