Nov. 16
Larceny was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Lester Johnson Road in Vilas. Two generators and power tools were reported stolen from a storage building.
Officers were called to a residence on the 500 block of South Road in Todd in reference to a dog found dead in the victim's yard.
Officers were called to the 300 block of 300 North Pine Run Road in Boone in reference to a female with a handgun.

Nov. 17
Illegal dumping/littering was reported on the 200 block of Autumn Lane in Boone. A person reported nearby rental unit occupants were dumping trash.
Criminal damage to property was reported at a residence on the 3100 block of Shawnee Road in Banner Elk. A dump truck and other equipment damaged the victim's property.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at Powder Horn Mountain club house in Deep Gap. An interior door, closet door and four ceiling tiles were reported damaged.
Dale Yeoman Patrick, 20, of 140 Goshen Creek, Boone, was served with a warrant for arrest on charges of felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering and felony larceny of a firearm. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Jan. 11 in lieu of a $5,000 secured bond.
Alvin Shawn Byrd, 33, of 2621 Meat Camp Road, Boone, was served with two orders for arrest for failure to appear in district court on Dec. 21 in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Nov. 18
Assault and battery and a domestic disturbance were reported at a residence on the 900 block of Slabtown Road in Zionville.
Harassment via email was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Marlowe Hill in Banner Elk.
Ricky Dean Cook, 36, of 1762 Silverstone Road, Zionville, was served with an order for arrest on a court violation. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 4 in lieu of a $10,020 bond.
William D. Bradshaw Jr., 37, of 1061 Joe Shoemaker Road, Vilas, was arrested on view on charges of driving while license revoked, fictitious registration and no insurance. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 15 in lieu of a secured $750 bond.
Oracio Pena Urbina, 35, of 572 Collie Williams Road, Uvalda, Ga., was served with an order for arrest for failure to appear at a scheduled court date. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 16, in lieu of a secured $750 bond.
Michael Stacey May, 31, of 930 Slabtown Road, Zionville, was served with a warrant for arrest on a charge of assault and battery. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 15 in lieu of a written promise bond.
Jerry Dean Hardy, 42, of 930 Slabtown Road, Zionville, was served with a warrant for arrest on a charge of assault and battery. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 15 in lieu of a written promise bond.

Nov. 19
Larceny was reported at a business on the 9600 block of N.C. 105 in Banner Elk. A wooden sign was reported stolen.
Fraud via computer was reported at Howard's Creek Baptist Church. A credit card number was stolen and used online.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Hobert South Road in Zionville. The victim reported a tarp was burned.
Burglary with non-forced entry and larceny were reported at a residence on the 11400 block of U.S. 421 in Zionville. A lawnmower and a weed eater were reported stolen from a storage building.
Jason Lynn Brown, 26, of 2146 Silverstone Road, Zionville, was served with an order for arrest on a court violation. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 4 in lieu of a $1,426 bond.
Chad Kenneth Allen, 32, of 179 Mountain Site Drive, Mountain City, Tenn., was served with an order for arrest for failure to appear at a scheduled court date. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 21 in lieu of a secured $2,500 bond.
Lea Dotson Harmon, 24, of 159 Houston Harmon Road, Vilas, was served with a warrant for arrest on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She is scheduled to appear in district court on Jan. 22 in lieu of a written promise bond.

Nov. 20
John Douglas Holley, 48, of 255 Jim Town Road, Jonesborough, Tenn., was served with a warrant for arrest on a charge of assault on a female. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 16 in lieu of a secured $750 bond.

Nov. 21
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Timberlane Drive Extension in Boone. The victim reported a person drove a vehicle through the yard, damaging the landscaping.

Nov. 22
Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and larceny were reported in a parking lot on the 100 block of Bluejay Drive in Boone. A person opened the car door with the use of force and stole a wallet and loose change.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at Show & Go Automotive Restoration on Silverstone Road in Zionville. A person threw a drink crate through a window.
Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported in open land on Watauga River Road in Sugar Grove. The victim reported a person stole a five point, dead deer from his/her truck.
