Oct. 30
A motor vehicle theft was reported at a residence on the 200 block of Rainbow Trail in Boone. The victim reported a person broke the side window of a 1998 white Chevrolet Prizm and loaded the vehicle onto a rollback tow truck.
Officers responded to Mabel Elementary School in response to inappropriate behavior via video by juveniles.
Travis Lee Presnell, 29, also known as "Tiki," of 300 Wiley Harmon Road, Banner Elk, was served with an order for arrest for failure to appear at a scheduled court date. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 3 in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
Jessica Dawn Hicks, 18, of 1672 Poplar Grove Road, Boone, was served with a warrant for arrest on charges of trespassing and communicating threats. She is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 17.
Dennis Lee Roberts, 22, of 427-A, Sugarloaf Road, Boone, was served with an order for arrest for failure to appear at a scheduled court date. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 21 in lieu of a secured $1,000 bond.
Patrick Shey Roberts, 25, of 121 Poplar Drive, Elk Park, was served with an order for arrest for failure to appear at a scheduled court date. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 21 in lieu of a secured $500 bond.

Oct. 31
Breaking and entering and larceny were reported at a residence on the 200 block of Cabin Cove Road in Zionville. The front door of the home was kicked in and two televisions, a handgun and cash were reported stolen.
An incident of communicating threats was reported at a residence on the 200 block of Martin Lane in Boone.
George Ross Parrish II, 36, of 404 Hidden Creek Road, Boone, was arrested on view on charges of driving while impaired, speeding, 90 mph in a 55 mph zone, and careless and reckless driving. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 15.

Nov. 1
Officers were called to a residence on the 300 block of Laurel Gap Ridge in Boone in response to a report of a loud party.
Breaking and entering and larceny were reported at a residence on the 500 block of Sunny Chestnut Forest in Boone. A person entered the home with the use of force and stole four televisions, two stereo systems, a DVD player, laptop computer and printer.
Larceny was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Hensels Lane in Boone. The victim reported a person stole a digital video camera from the home.
Kimberly Ann Durkee, 33, of 129 Cranberry Trail, Zionville, was served with an order for arrest on a court violation out of Ashe County. She was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and was scheduled to appear in district in West Jefferson on Nov. 6 in lieu of a $2,439 bond.
Joshua Thomas Farley, 20, of 134 Horn Ave., Apt. 14, Boone, was arrested on view on charges of affray (fighting), consuming alcohol while underage and resisting a public officer. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 15.
John Austin Potter, 75, of 7698 Meat Camp Road, Todd, was arrested on view on charges of driving left of center and driving while license revoked.
Scottie Ray Moody, 37, of 367 Hanes Road, Wilkesboro, was served with an order for arrest for failure to appear a scheduled court date. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 30 in lieu of a secured $1,250 bond.

Nov. 2
Officers were called to a residence on the 1900 block of Mountain Dale Road in Vilas in response to a domestic dispute and criminal damage to property by vandalism.
Criminal damage to property was reported at A Cut Above on U.S. 105 in Boone. A window was broken.
Larceny was reported at a residence on the 500 block of Bob Campbell Road in Vilas. Cash was reported stolen.
Michael Wayne Dyer, 48, of 1703 Sampson Road, Boone, was served with an order for arrest on a court violation. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 11 in lieu of a secured $500 bond.
Bobby Scott Taylor, 24, of 1984 Mountain Dale Road, Vilas, was served with a warrant for arrest on a charge of simple physical assault. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 17 in lieu of a secured $300 bond.
Shonna M. Jones, 36, of 146 Hensels Lane, Boone, was served with an order for arrest for failure to appear at a scheduled court date. She was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 6 in lieu of a $5,598 bond.
Ronald Wayne Warren, 47, of 367 N.C. 105, Boone, was served with a warrant for arrest on a charge of simple non-physical assault. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 3 in lieu of an unsecured $750 bond.
