Crime of the week: Stolen vehicle

Watauga County Crimestoppers and the Boone Police Department are making an additional request for help in identifying the person(s) responsible for the following crime:

Between the hours of 6:45 pm on June 4 and 11:30 am on June 7, a vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of Walmart in Boone. The victim's vehicle was described as a 1999 silver Chevrolet Lumina sedan. The incident was recorded on video surveillance and a photo of the suspect vehicle was taken by a witness at the time of the incident. The suspects were described as a white male and white female with a dog. The suspects reportedly loaded the victim's vehicle on a tow dolly, pulled by a mid-80s two tone Chevrolet truck with a wooden bed.
