Closings on Monday, Feb. 4
Watauga County Schools will be closed for teachers and
students. The snow day program at Hardin Park will open at 7:30 a.m.
Two Rivers Community School will be closed for staff and students.
Appalachian State University has cancelled all classes beginning before 10 a.m.
The Watauga campus of Caldwell Community College will open at noon.
AppalCART will operate on a two-hour delay with routes beginning at 9 a.m. County routes will travel main roads only. The Green West will not service Old Bristol Road until road conditions improve. The silver route will be on limited route; the nearest stop to White Oak Road is West Heaven Apartments on POP-105.
