On Tuesday, Feb. 19, Watauga County Schools will be closed for students and teachers. The snow day program at Hardin Park will open at 9 a.m.

Two Rivers Community School will operate on a two-hour delay, with a final decision to be made by 8 a.m.

The Watauga campus of Caldwell Community College will open at noon.
