Closings and delays for Thursday, March 21
On Thursday, March 21, Watauga County Schools will be closed
for students and teachers. The snow day program at Hardin Park will open at 9:30 a.m. Schools will
NOT be open on Saturday.
The "Youth Works Network" event scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Watauga High School will be held as scheduled. Local agencies that work with youth are invited to attend.
Two Rivers Community School will operate on a two-hour delay.
The Watauga campus of Caldwell Community College will open at 10 a.m.
AppalCART will be on a regular schedule with limited routes for the Purple and Silver lines until road conditions improve. County routes will be one a two-hour delay serving main roads only.
