Boone hosts annual Christmas parade
Sunshine and cool temperatures combined to craft
picture-perfect late-morning parade weather as hundreds of people lined King Street in downtown
Boone for the town's annual Christmas centerpiece event. The 45-minute parade is Boone's kickoff
for the holiday season and ended, appropriately, with a visit from Santa. Photos by Kellen Moore.
