Boone family involved in Ga. wreck

A 2007 Buick Lucerne traveling the wrong way in an I-95 emergency lane attempted to turn left across traffic onto the exit ramp, according to WSAV-TV in Savannah. It collided with a northbound Honda Pilot driven by 41-year-old Sarah Miller of Boone.
Miller, along with Vachel Miller, 43, Galen Miller, 10, Sidra Miller, 8, and Caspian Miller, 6, all of Boone, were taken to Memorial University Medical Center after the 11:54 a.m. wreck, the news station reported.
Galen Miller was listed in serious condition after the accident, while Sarah Miller was listed in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries. The others were treated and released, the news station reported.
A driver and passenger in the Buick, 83-year-old Virgil Hicks and 82-year-old Mary Hicks of Statesboro, also were taken to the hospital. Virgil Hicks was listed in critical condition after the collision, while Mary Hicks was listed as stable with non-life threatening injuries.
