Alleged back-rubber arrested again

Julio Antonio Yanez, 29, allegedly entered a woman's Oak Street apartment on July 16, believing that the apartment was that of an acquaintance, according to Boone Police Department.
According to police reports, Yanez was told to leave the residence but proceeded to attempt to give the resident a back rub. Yanez was again instructed to leave the residence and complied.
Police arrested Yanez July 22 on charges of misdemeanor breaking and entering and misdemeanor assault on a female, according to police.
On Thursday, a second woman reported that Yanez also had entered her West King Street residence that same day, committing a similar act.
The woman told police that Yanez stroked her arms and back after his proposition for a back rub was declined.
He was charged again with misdemeanor assault on a female and was issued a $4,000 secured bond and Sept. 17 court date.
Investigator Jason Reid said the Oak Street resident reported that her door was unlocked when Yanez walked in. In the West King Street incident, the woman recognized Yanez from a get-together at a neighbor's residence. She didn't specifically invite him in but didn't tell him immediately to leave, Reid said, so Yanez was not charged again with breaking and entering in that case.
Yanez told police after his first arrest that he was highly intoxicated and didn't remember the incident, Reid said.
