SkyLine Membership Corporation announces the appointment of Cindy Rothstein as the new executive director of finance.

In the role, Rothstein manages the company's regulatory, accounting, financial, inventory and warehouse departments.

"We are delighted to welcome Cindy Rothstein to our executive management group at SkyLine," said SkyLine Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Blevins.

"Cindy brings a wealth of experience in both finance and telecommunications, and she understands the complexities of the current regulatory landscape in our industry," he said.  "She is valuable addition to our company in the regulatory and financial management of SkyLine and the various lines of business through our subsidiary, SkyBest Communications."

Rothstein is a certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Athens State University in Athens, Ala.

She comes to SkyLine from the Nashville, Tenn., area, where she spent the last 17 years working in the telecommunications industry.

She and her husband, Edward, live in West Jefferson.

In addition to Rothstein, SkyLine's executive management group is composed of executive director of customer operations Kim Shepherd, executive director of competitive operations Tim Grosse and executive director of engineering operations Robbie Farmer.  These directors report to CEO Blevins.
