Eighth graders attend Career Day

by Staff Reports

The Blowing Rock Rotary Club coordinated the annual Career Day for eighth grade students Thursday at the Holmes Convocation Center.

The event allowed Watauga County students to learn about the course offerings and career opportunities available through the WHS Career and Technical Education Department.

WHS faculty and students presented displays and shared information to help rising freshmen begin thinking about the courses and careers available to them.
