The Halloween show must go on.
Despite temperatures hovering around 35 degrees Wednesday, hundreds of families trooped downtown for the Boone Boo! festival. The annual event included crafts and games at the Watauga County Public Library, a haunted Jones House and trick-or-treating at downtown merchants.
